Christian Knecht, a graduate in business administration, worked for several years as a manager in the purchasing organizations at Hewlett Packard and Credit Suisse. The focus was on the sourcing of services and the optimization of processes through automation, outsourcing near / off shoring and compliance management. As responsible for the business process architecture at Syngenta, he accompanied the employees to a new service model as part of the establishment of an offshore center in India. Today Christian Knecht is a member of the management board of Karre Consulting and works as a consultant in the field of IT business management. He is a certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF 9.1), MSP Practitioner (Managing Successful Programs), SCRUM Master and trained in ITIL V3 and COBIT5
