Luc Alix has a background in electronics and software engineering filling different roles as a senior Enterprise Architect right now. In the passed 15 years, being certified TOGAF, ARCHIMATE and BPMN, he has built an exceptional experience in developing and maturing Enterprise Architecture departments in large organizations. Luc’s credo is “If you don’t know your organization, model it. If you don’t model it, you will not be able to change it, efficiently”. Through his own organization Enterprise Intelligence Partners, Luc delivers Enterprise Architecture consultancy services including different level training programs. Luc is also an experienced modeler in authoring and co-authoring architecture frameworks.
